Adam Holdren, founder

Nearly twenty years spent solving the problems behind the scenes.

Adam Holdren has spent nearly twenty years working in education as a teacher, state leader, and school operations executive. Throughout his career, his role has been to solve the problems behind the scenes so teachers could focus on teaching, leaders could focus on leading, and students could have the strongest possible experience.

Holdren Ventures began as a side business creating custom shirts for schools. It has now expanded into a broader school support company offering apparel, personalized products, spirit stores, operational projects, automation, apps, and practical problem-solving.

The work has grown. The mission has not changed.

Remove the noise. Support the mission.

Before the venture

The work has always started with students.

From the classroom to state leadership to school operations, each chapter has shaped how Adam approaches the work today: understand the people, solve the real problem, and build something that helps the school keep moving.

01

Know the context

Schools have unique rhythms, constraints, and communities. Good support begins by understanding them.

02

Do the real work

The goal is not advice for its own sake. It’s a finished project, a working system, or a product people love.

03

Make things lighter

Every engagement should give school teams more room to focus on students and their core mission.

Let’s get it off the list.

Have something sitting on your “we’ll get to it later” list?
